Mr. Hasibur Rahman is a distinguished legal professional with a strong academic and professional foundation rooted in the United Kingdom and Bangladesh.

Mr. Rahman is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. Over the years of working in the legal arena, Mr. Rahman has developed a diverse legal portfolio, encompassing civil and criminal litigation, company and corporate law, banking and finance, constitutional writ matters, regulatory compliance, land and property due diligence, contract drafting and review, employment law, company secretarial work, and energy sector regulations.

He has held notable positions including in-house counsel at a reputed private commercial bank, and legal counsel at BRAC, the world’s largest NGO. Additionally, he has the experience of serving as the Secretary of the Board and Governance of an internationally well-recognized NGO, where he managed complex legal and governance matters for the organization.

Besides, Mr. Rahman has also been associated with leading law chambers in Dhaka. Called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, Mr. Rahman completed the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) at BPP University, London. He earned his LLB (Hons) from the University of the West of England, Bristol.
