Mr. Ahmed Mostakin Kafi is a UK-trained Barrister and was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 2023. He holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law and Practice from City, University of London, and an LL.M. in Fraud and Financial Crime from BPP University. He completed his LL.B. (Hons) from the University of South Wales in 2020.

Mr. Kafi’s practice focuses on a range of legal areas, including Company Law, Regulatory Compliance, International and Commercial Agreements, Employment Law, Banking Laws of Bangladesh, and Land Laws.
